- 🥚 2 eggs

- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (200g)

- 1 tbsp tempura flakes

- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch dashi powder
- 💧 50ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Separate one egg into yolk and white, then mix the egg white with the remaining whole egg.
In a small frying pan, heat the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) along with the green onion. Once boiling, add the oysters and simmer over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
Pour the mixed eggs into the pan, add tempura flakes, and cook over medium heat until the eggs are semi-cooked.
Serve the cooked mixture over a bowl of rice. Top with the reserved egg yolk and garnish with seri.
