- 2 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
Preparation
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
In a bowl, combine oysters, salt, cornstarch, and enough water to cover the oysters. Gently wash the oysters, replacing the water twice, and pat them dry.
In a pot, add oysters, ginger, sugar, mirin, soy sauce, and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces to one-third.
