INGRÉDIENTS
Noodles
- 2 frozen udon noodles
Seafood
- 130g shelled oysters
Vegetables
- 1/2 leek, sliced diagonally
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 600ml water
Garnish
- Chopped green onion, as needed
- A pinch of chili powder
ÉTAPES
Slice the leek diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Wash the oysters in a bowl of water, changing the water 2-3 times, and pat dry.
Defrost the udon noodles in a microwave-safe container according to package instructions.
In a pot, combine the seasoning ingredients and leek, bring to a boil, then add the oysters and simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
Add the udon noodles to the pot and bring to a boil again.
Serve the udon in bowls, garnish with chopped green onion and chili powder.
