- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper

Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 5 tbsp vinegar
- 🍋 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
ÉTAPES
Wash the green onions and vegetables thoroughly.
Boil water and add 1/2 tbsp salt. Blanch the green onions for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Rinse the blanched green onions in cold water and squeeze out excess moisture.
Cut imitation crab sticks into thirds lengthwise.
Slice the cucumber to match the length of the crab sticks. Remove the seeds and cut into thin strips.
Score the squid with knife cuts and blanch in boiling water. Slice into strips similar to the cucumber.
Slice the bell peppers into strips similar to the cucumber.
Prepare the sauce by mixing gochujang, sugar, corn syrup, vinegar, and lemon juice.
Wrap each ingredient with the blanched green onion and secure the ends using chopsticks for a clean finish.
