INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g ground chicken
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- As needed flour
Vegetables
- 🧅 2 stalks green onion, chopped
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Garnish
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- As needed white sesame seeds
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
ÉTAPES
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Season the ground chicken with salt and pepper, then coat it with flour.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan and add the chicken mixture. Cook on medium heat until browned.
Flip the chicken, cover the pan, and steam-cook on low heat for about 7 minutes.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, soy sauce, garlic) to the pan and coat the chicken evenly.
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, plate them, and garnish with sesame seeds, chopped green onion, and egg yolk.
