INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, 75g
- 🧅 4 green onions
Seasoning
- 1 packet, 4g bonito flakes
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the carrot diagonally and julienne it. Chop the green onions into small pieces.
In a plastic bag, mix ground pork, carrot, green onions, bonito flakes, and the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, potato starch) thoroughly to make the meat mixture.
Heat a frying pan with salad oil spread evenly using a paper towel. Shape the meat mixture into a round patty and cook over medium heat for about 4 minutes until browned. Flip the patty, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 3–4 minutes until cooked through.
Remove the lid, drizzle sesame oil around the edges of the pan, and cook over medium heat until both sides are crispy.
Let the patty cool slightly, cut into bite-sized pieces, and serve on a plate with ponzu sauce on the side.
