INGRÉDIENTS
Wrapper
- 20 large dumpling wrappers
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Liquid
- 50cc water
Soup Base
- 100cc hot water
- 5g powdered gelatin
- 1/2 tbsp chicken broth powder
Meat Filling
- 150g ground pork
- 3 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Mix the soup base ingredients in a heatproof container and refrigerate until set.
Chop the green onions finely and reserve a small portion for garnish.
Combine the meat filling ingredients in a bowl and mix until sticky. Add the set soup base and mix gently.
Divide the filling into 20 portions and wrap each with a dumpling wrapper, sealing the edges tightly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, arrange the dumplings, and cook over medium heat until the bottoms are golden brown.
Add water, cover the pan, and steam the dumplings over low heat for 5 minutes.
Uncover, cook on medium heat to evaporate excess water, and drizzle sesame oil around the dumplings.
Plate the dumplings and garnish with reserved green onions.
