INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 2 fillets (320g) yellowtail
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 leek (white part only)
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
ÉTAPES
Cut the leek into 4cm pieces and mix the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, gochujang) in a bowl.
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces, pat dry with a paper towel, season with salt and pepper, and coat with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the yellowtail, and cook for about 3 minutes until golden brown on both sides.
Push the yellowtail to one side of the pan, add the leek, and cook for about 1 minute until slightly browned. Add the sauce and toss everything together.
