Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🥬 200g cabbage, chopped
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sauce
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and slice the garlic thinly.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add garlic and yellowtail, cooking until golden brown on one side, then flip.
Push the yellowtail to the side of the pan, add cabbage, and stir-fry until softened. Add the sauce ingredients and mix well.
