- 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Prepare the sauce by mixing grated garlic, gochujang, sake, grated ginger, and soy sauce in a bowl.
Slice the green onion into thin strips and set aside.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add the yellowtail fillets to the pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
Pour the prepared sauce over the fish and cook for another 2–3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
