INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillet
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 leek, sliced diagonally
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces and coat evenly with salt, pepper, and flour.
Slice the leek diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Heat 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the yellowtail and cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean and heat the remaining 1/2 tbsp of vegetable oil. Add the leek and bean sprouts, stir-frying over medium heat until softened.
Return the yellowtail to the pan, add the sauce ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce), and stir until everything is well coated.
