INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 250g pea shoots
- 🍄 40g king oyster mushroom
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Sesame Miso Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp ground white sesame
ÉTAPES
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized pieces and coat with salt, pepper, and flour.
Trim the pea shoots and cut them in half. Slice the king oyster mushroom into 1cm pieces.
Mix all the sesame miso sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add yellowtail and mushrooms, cooking until the fish is cooked through and browned on both sides.
Add the sesame miso sauce and stir to coat. Add pea shoots and mix until evenly combined.
