- 🥛 1/4 cup milk
Filling
- 30g cod roe
- 🧀 60g processed cheese
ÉTAPES
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, shiratamako, powdered cheese, and salt.
Gradually add water and milk to the dry mixture, stirring until a smooth dough forms.
Divide the dough into small portions and flatten slightly. Place a piece of cod roe and processed cheese in the center of each portion.
Shape the filled dough into balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
