INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 yellow paprika, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Protein
- 🍗 150g chicken thigh, diced
Seasoning
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
Tomato Sauce
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
- 1 tsp consomme
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 💧 100ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the yellow paprika in half, remove the stem and seeds, and chop into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the onion. Dice the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken thigh and cook until the color changes. Add onion and grated garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes tender.
Add paprika and the tomato sauce ingredients (☆). Bring to a boil, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the paprika becomes soft. Optionally garnish with basil and serve.
