- 1 tsp olive oil
Cheese
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Egg Mixture
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Garnish
- Ketchup as needed
- Pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté ground meat over medium heat until the color changes. Add frozen paprika and sauté until coated with oil. Season with salt and pepper, then remove and let cool.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix with the cooled meat mixture and salt to create the egg batter.
Spread pizza cheese evenly in the frying pan and heat over medium heat. Once the cheese begins to melt, gently add the egg batter. Cover with aluminum foil and cook over low heat for about 15 minutes until the surface is set.
Flip the omelette and cook over medium heat until golden brown.
Cut into desired portions, garnish with parsley, and serve with ketchup.
