- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
Seasoning
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water
ÉTAPES
Trim the roots off the pea sprouts and cut them in half. Julienne the carrot.
Heat a pot with salad oil and grated ginger over medium heat. Add the carrot and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the water, salt, pepper, and dashi powder to the pot. Bring to a boil, then add the pea sprouts and simmer briefly.
