INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta
- 🍝 200g penne pasta
Meat
- 🥓 100g bacon
Dairy
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 🧀 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 🧈 1 tbsp butter
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🌿 1 pinch parsley
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/3 tbsp flour
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot with 1 tsp salt. Add penne pasta and cook for 10 minutes. Reserve the pasta water.
Cut bacon into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onion finely.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a pan and sauté bacon and onion until onion becomes translucent.
Add 1 tbsp butter to the pan and stir. Pour in 200ml milk and add the cooked penne pasta. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Add 1/3 tbsp flour and 1/3 tsp salt to thicken the sauce. Mix well.
Add 1 ladle of reserved pasta water and 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese. Mix thoroughly and garnish with parsley.
