Main Ingredients
- 8 frozen dumplings (300g)
- 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 100g oyster mushrooms
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2.5 cups kombu broth
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp perilla seed powder
- 1/2 stalk green onion, sliced
ÉTAPES
Place frozen dumplings, enoki mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, sliced onion, and minced garlic into a pot.
Pour 2.5 cups of kombu broth into the pot.
Season with 1.5 tbsp soy sauce and bring to a boil.
Add 2 tbsp perilla seed powder and stir well to dissolve.
Add sliced green onion and simmer until fully cooked. Adjust salt to taste.
