- 🌰 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the pickled octopus into 1cm wide pieces at an angle.
Prepare the cucumbers by cutting off the ends and making diagonal cuts at 2mm intervals, using chopsticks to prevent cutting through. Flip and repeat to create a lattice pattern. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Place the cucumbers in a bowl, add 1/3 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients), massage, and let sit for 10 minutes. Rinse and squeeze out excess water.
In a separate bowl, mix the seasonings (sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame seeds). Add the octopus and cucumbers, then toss to combine.
