ÉTAPES
Cut radish, onion, and chilies into bite-sized pieces.
Prepare the seasoning ingredients in a 1:1:1:1 ratio using a cup for convenience.
In a pot, bring water, soy sauce, and sugar to a boil.
Once boiling, add vinegar and turn off the heat. Let the pickling liquid cool down.
Place the prepared vegetables into a storage container.
Pour the cooled pickling liquid over the vegetables and close the lid. Vegetables will sink over time.
Let the mixture sit at room temperature for half a day, then store in the refrigerator.
