INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 250g mochi (5 pieces)
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
- 60g sausage (3 pieces)
- 30g bell pepper (1 piece)
- 🌽 2 tbsp canned corn
- 🧀 50g pizza cheese
- 🍅 3 tbsp ketchup
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Slice the mochi thinly. Cut the bell pepper in half vertically, remove seeds and pith, then slice thinly.
Slice the sausages into 5mm thick rounds.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Arrange the mochi slices in a circular shape, minimizing gaps. Add 1 tbsp water, cover, and steam-fry on low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Spread ketchup over the mochi base. Add bell pepper, sausage, corn, and pizza cheese as toppings. Cover again and steam-fry for another 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts. Sprinkle black pepper before serving.
