INGRÉDIENTS
Butter Rice
- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) of cooked rice
- 20g of dried shirasu
- 2 shiso leaves
- 🧈 10g of salted butter
Scrambled Egg
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 1 tbsp of milk
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp of salad oil
Ponzu Sauce
- 🌱 30g of frozen edamame
- 3 tbsp of ponzu soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp of sugar
- 💧 100ml of water
- 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch
ÉTAPES
Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods.
In a bowl, mix the rice, dried shirasu, torn shiso leaves, and butter until well combined.
In a saucepan, combine all ponzu sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat until thickened.
In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, pour in the egg mixture, and cook over medium heat, stirring gently until semi-cooked.
Plate the butter rice, top with scrambled eggs, and drizzle the ponzu sauce over the dish.
