INGRÉDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 1/3 bag mizuna, chopped
Seasoning
- Potato starch, as needed
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, a pinch
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 4 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salad oil
ÉTAPES
Chop mizuna into bite-sized pieces.
Season pork belly with salt, pepper, and coat with potato starch directly in the pack.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork belly, and cook until browned. Flip and cook for about 3 minutes until fully cooked, then remove.
In the same pan, add butter and ponzu sauce. Heat over medium until thickened.
Cut the cooked pork into bite-sized pieces.
Serve cooked white rice in a bowl, top with mizuna and pork slices, and drizzle the sauce over.
