Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add carrot, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo shoot, stirring until coated in oil. Add seasoning ingredients and stir briefly. Separate the mixture into solids and liquid, then let cool.

Place washed glutinous rice, the liquid from the stir-fry, and water into a rice cooker, filling up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Add the stir-fried ingredients on top and cook using the regular rice setting.
