- 100g pork slices
- 1 bag bean sprouts
Aromatics
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 piece minced ginger

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Soup Base
- 600cc water
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp miso
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
Garnish
- White sesame seeds as needed
- Chopped green onion as needed
- Chili oil as needed
ÉTAPES
Heat sesame oil in a pot over low heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add pork slices and increase to medium heat, cooking until browned.
Pour in water and chicken stock powder, bring to a boil, and skim off any foam.
Add soy sauce, miso, milk, and salt, stirring well to combine.
Add bean sprouts and simmer briefly. Garnish with sesame seeds, green onion, and chili oil before serving.
