- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp chili oil
Ginger Scallion Sauce
- 🧅 1/2 stalk minced scallion
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 5 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Mince the scallion.
Cut the pork belly into 10cm wide pieces.
Layer half the bean sprouts and half the pork belly alternately in a microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle sake, salt, and pepper over the layers. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 7 minutes until the pork is cooked through.
Mix the scallion, ginger, ponzu sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl to make the ginger scallion sauce. Serve the cooked pork and bean sprouts on a plate, drizzle with the sauce, and top with chili oil.
