INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🍅 1 tomato, 200g
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 Pinch of black pepper
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 300ml water
Thickener
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 1/2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomato into 1cm cubes after removing the stem.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry pork and garlic over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add bean sprouts and stir-fry until softened. Season with salt and pepper, then transfer to a serving dish.
Wipe the pan clean, add sauce ingredients and tomato, and heat over medium heat until simmering. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until thickened.
Pour the tomato sauce over the pork and bean sprouts. Sprinkle with black pepper.
