- 🐖 50g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 bitter melon, sliced
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced

- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- Bonito flakes, as needed
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp ground sesame
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion and remove seeds from the bitter melon, slicing it thinly.
Microwave the frozen udon noodles according to package instructions.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the sliced pork and grated garlic until the pork is cooked through.
Add the onion and bitter melon to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the udon noodles and the seasoning mixture (sugar, soy sauce, water, ground sesame) to the pan. Mix well until the noodles are coated.
Plate the dish and sprinkle bonito flakes on top before serving.
