Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1/2 pack bok choy
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 1/4 carrot
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 💧 100ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut bok choy into bite-sized pieces, separating leaves and stems. Trim and separate shimeji mushrooms. Peel and slice carrot into thin strips.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned. Add carrot, shimeji mushrooms, and bok choy stems, stirring until carrot softens.
Add the mixed seasonings and pour in the cornstarch slurry. Stir until the sauce thickens. Add bok choy leaves and mix briefly.
Serve cooked rice in bowls and top with the pork and vegetable mixture.
