INGRÉDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves Chinese cabbage (160g)
- 🥕 1/3 carrot
- 1 piece ginger
Cooking Oils
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp sake
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 💧 200ml water
Thickener
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 1 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Marinate the pork with sake and soy sauce in a bowl, then refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Cut the Chinese cabbage into 2cm strips, slice the carrot into thin pieces, and julienne the ginger.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, stir-fry the pork until its color changes, then add cabbage and carrot, cooking until coated with oil.
Add water, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock, and salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, add ginger, cover, and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Mix cornstarch and water, then pour into the pan to thicken the sauce. Drizzle sesame oil before serving.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
