INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 3 leaves (200g) Chinese cabbage
- 2 slices ginger
Other
- 100g shirataki noodles
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- 150ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the Chinese cabbage in half lengthwise and slice into 3cm widths.
Slice the pork belly into 4cm widths.
Boil shirataki noodles in enough water to cover them for about 3 minutes, drain, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat, add pork, and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add ginger and the seasoning ingredients (mentsuyu and water), bring to a boil, then add shirataki and Chinese cabbage. Mix briefly and bring to a boil again. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 8 minutes.
