- 2 frozen udon noodles
Meat
- 100g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, sliced
Liquid
- 💧 600cc water
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 3 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mirin
Garnish
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
ÉTAPES
Slice the green onion diagonally into 5mm pieces.
Heat water and dashi powder in a pot over medium heat. Once boiling, add pork and green onion. Remove any scum and simmer covered on low heat for 5–6 minutes.
Add udon noodles and loosen them. Stir in miso and mirin, then simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle with shichimi togarashi.
