- 🥩 80g thinly sliced pork belly

- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)

- 35cc ponzu soy sauce

ÉTAPES
Cut the green onion into 5cm pieces, remove the core, and slice thinly. Soak in water for topping. Slice the remaining green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, ponzu soy sauce, and water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Place the diagonally sliced green onion and pork belly on top, and cook as usual.
Once cooked, mix the rice gently, serve in bowls, and top with drained green onion slices and chili threads.
