- 🍜 2 servings of boiled udon noodles
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 150g kimchi
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 🌱 Chopped green onions, as needed
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 2 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce
- 🥪 1 tbsp mayonnaise

ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the onion.
In a bowl, mix the pork with salt, pepper, and sake. Massage well.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the onion and cook until softened.
Add the kimchi along with its juice. Stir well, then add the udon noodles and stir-fry until combined.
Mix in the noodle sauce and mayonnaise. Serve on a plate, top with onsen eggs, and garnish with chopped green onions.
