INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 leek, sliced diagonally into 2cm pieces
- 🍄 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms, separated into small clusters
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 200ml water
ÉTAPES
Slice the leek diagonally into 2cm pieces. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) in a pot until boiling. Add the pork and cook over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add the shimeji mushrooms and leek to the pot. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes until the leek becomes tender.
