INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 1/2 red paprika (75g), thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Break maitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice red paprika into 5mm strips.
Mix all ☆ seasoning ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add maitake mushrooms and paprika, and stir-fry until softened. Add the prepared ☆ seasoning and mix well to coat evenly.
