INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 🐖 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack (100g) maitake mushrooms
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g), cut into wedges
Seasoning
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Break maitake mushrooms into smaller pieces by hand. Cut the tomato into 6-8 wedges.
Season the pork with salt and pepper.
Mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add maitake mushrooms and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the tomato wedges and the sauce mixture to the pan. Stir-fry briefly to combine.
