INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 200g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced into 1cm width
- 🍄 3 shiitake mushrooms, sliced into 5mm width
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Condiments
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
ÉTAPES
Slice the onion into 1cm width and shiitake mushrooms into 5mm width.
Massage the pork with potato starch in a bowl.
Mix sake, gochujang, and mayonnaise in a separate bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a pan and stir-fry the pork over medium heat until the color changes.
Add onion and shiitake mushrooms, stir-frying until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the sauce mixture and stir-fry until well combined.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
