- 150g thinly sliced pork loin

- 250g pea shoots
- 🧅 1/4 onion, thinly sliced
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Cut off the root ends of the pea shoots and halve them. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Bring water to a boil in a pot. Add the pork slices one by one and cook over low heat until the color changes. Drain and let cool, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the ponzu sauce, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. Add the pork, pea shoots, and onion, then toss to combine.
