- 🐖 200g pork slices
Vegetables
- 125g pea sprouts
Dairy
- 🧀 40g pizza cheese
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp starch
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
In a bowl, mix pork slices with sake and salt. Add starch and pizza cheese, then mix well. Chop pea sprouts finely and mix them into the bowl. Divide into 6 portions and shape into balls.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Place the balls in the pan and cook until browned. Flip them, cover the pan, and steam on low heat for about 5 minutes until cooked through.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce) to the pan and cook until the balls are coated and glossy.
