INGRÉDIENTS

- 200g pork slices
Vegetables
- 🥔 3 potatoes (450g), cut into wedges
- 3 green beans, sliced diagonally
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consommé powder
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut potatoes into wedges, soak in water for 5 minutes, drain, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W. Slice green beans diagonally and thinly slice garlic, removing the core.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat. Once fragrant, add pork and stir-fry over medium heat until the pork changes color.
Add potatoes and green beans to the pan, stir-fry for 2 minutes, then add consommé, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
