- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste

ÉTAPES
Slice the shiitake mushrooms, onion, and mince the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat until fragrant, then add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add onion and shiitake mushrooms, stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the onion softens.
Add butter and soy sauce, stir to combine, and season with salt and pepper. Serve and garnish with chopped green onion.
