INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 100g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g daikon radish, sliced
- 🥕 50g carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 🧅 55g green onion, chopped
Condiments
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
Liquids
- 💧 500ml water
ÉTAPES
Cut the daikon radish into quarter slices, the carrot into half-moon slices, and the shiitake mushrooms into thin slices. Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide pieces.
Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the daikon, carrot, and shiitake mushrooms, and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water and dashi powder to the pot. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Uncover the pot, dissolve the miso paste into the soup, and add the green onion. Bring to a gentle boil and serve.
