INGRÉDIENTS
Meat
- 150g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 3 slices ginger
- 100g shirataki noodles
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- A pinch of shichimi pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Place shirataki noodles in a pot, add enough water to cover, bring to a boil, and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain the water.
Clean the pot, return the shirataki, and stir-fry over medium heat for 1 minute to evaporate excess moisture.
Add sesame oil, pork, and ginger to the pot. Stir-fry until the pork changes color.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) and stir. Cover and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion and a pinch of shichimi pepper.
