- 8 slices pork loin (160g)
Vegetables
- 🍠 1 sweet potato (180g)
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧈 20g salted butter
ÉTAPES
Cut the sweet potato into half-moon slices, soak in water for 5 minutes, and drain. Microwave with 1 tbsp water for 4 minutes at 600W, then drain. Thinly slice the onion.
Cut the pork loin in half and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a pan, sauté the onion until softened, then push it to the side. Add pork and cook until the color changes. Add sweet potato and sauce ingredients, stir until glazed.
