Meat
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🍠 1 medium sweet potato (180g), chopped
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g), sliced
Seasonings
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Dairy
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 🥛 200ml heavy cream
Seasoning Mix
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
Garnish
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
ÉTAPES
Peel and chop the sweet potato into bite-sized pieces. Soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain. Microwave for 4 minutes at 600W, then drain again. Slice the king oyster mushrooms thinly.
Place the pork in a plastic bag, season with salt and pepper, and coat with flour.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and cook until the color changes. Add the sweet potato and mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the cream, salt, pepper, and consomme. Simmer while stirring until the sauce thickens.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped parsley.
