- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Meat
- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥕 75g carrot, thinly sliced
- 12.5g daikon sprouts
Seasonings
- 💧 Water as needed
- 1 tsp yuzu pepper
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Cut the carrot into thin half-moon slices. Trim the roots of the daikon sprouts and cut them into 2cm pieces.
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
In the rice cooker, add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Layer the carrot and pork belly on top, then start the regular cooking cycle.
Once cooked, add the yuzu pepper and gently mix. Serve in bowls and top with daikon sprouts.
