Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 🧅 1 green onion
Seasoning
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Tonkotsu-style Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken broth powder
- 4 tbsp soy milk
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Slice the white part of the green onion diagonally and the green part into thin rings. Mix the Tonkotsu-style sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly, the white part of the green onion, grated garlic, and grated ginger. Stir-fry until the pork changes color and is cooked through.
Add bean sprouts and the prepared Tonkotsu-style sauce to the pan. Stir-fry briefly and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the stir-fry on a plate, garnish with pickled ginger and the green part of the green onion.
