Vegetables
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
- 🧅 120g sliced green onion
Meat
- 🥓 500g pork belly
Liquid
- 💧 250cc water
Sauce
- 5 tbsp coarse chili powder
- 🍬 1.5 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1.5 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp anchovy sauce
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 tbsp soybean paste
- 1 tbsp red pepper paste
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 2 pinches seasoned salt
ÉTAPES
Mix all sauce ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Boil bean sprouts in water for 2 minutes, rinse in cold water, and drain completely.
Combine sliced green onion and drained bean sprouts with the prepared sauce and mix well.
Cut pork belly into 4-5cm pieces, about 0.5-1cm thick.
Place pork belly and the mixed vegetables into a pot, add 250cc water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
Once boiling, stir occasionally and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning to taste and simmer for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle a pinch of black pepper before serving. Enjoy with rice or as is.
