    • 🥔 2 medium potatoes (200g), diced
    • 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), cut into wedges
    • 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
  • Cooking Oil

    • 1 tsp salad oil
  • Seasonings

    • 100cc water
    • 1 tbsp mirin
    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 2 tbsp ponzu soy sauce
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces and soak them in water. Drain the water. Cut the onion into wedges.

Cut the pork belly into 3cm wide strips.

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork belly and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the onion and potatoes and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add water, mirin, and sake to the pan. Bring to a boil, cover, and simmer on low heat for 6–7 minutes.

Add ponzu soy sauce and soy sauce, mix well, and cover again. Simmer for another 3–4 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
